What SUB60 does not support
SUB60 is not screen-reader accessible, and can’t be. It is a timed race decided by visual search and reaction speed, and there is no meaningful non-visual version of that. We would rather say so than add announcements that lag behind the race and only pretend to include you.
What it does
- Colour Assist replaces the one colour-dependent station (OVERRIDE) with shapes, so it plays the same without telling colours apart. The share grid switches to a high-contrast set.
- Every station and the carry can be played from a keyboard: arrow keys move between tiles, Enter or Space taps, and in TRACKING you type a node’s own label (1, A, 2, B and so on).
- Tier results are also encoded by shape, never by colour alone.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text is set for strong contrast against the dark background.
